All of our items are handmade and are non returnable.
We are not responsible for shoes/boots/apperal ordered in the wrong size. We will try our best to work with you on an exchange for the correct size, however our products are all custom made so materials may no longer be available.
If you choose to create a custom item, choose your own fabric selection and design "I didn't like my choice" once the item is complete is a non refundable/non excgangable item. I will do my best, give you my thoughts (when asked) but the final choice is yours. Custom made items require just as much time, effort and material as stock items and once they leave my shop they can no longer be sold at retail so we sorry but these sales are final.

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.
There are certain situations where exchanges will not be granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and a new item will be sent.
Sale/Clearance items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanges, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
